PAAK acting odd?

My PAAK is acting up and not working well at all. IOS 18.1 and 2024.39.01.

Proximity locking sometimes locks when I’m standing within arms reach of the truck, locking my passengers in.
Then doesn’t unlock at all when I walk up to it.

Anyone else or just me?

Mine has been flaky for a few weeks since the last Rivian update, or when the big Android 15 update came out. I'll be in my truck and it will keep asking for a key until I open the app and trigger a door lock/unlock or other command.

Mine did that a few times around 6 months ago then went back to normal.

Ok then. Item 7 for my 5th appointment at the service center. Luckily they haven’t told me to clear off yet. ?

Mine has been very unreliable for nearly a year now. Seemed like it was getting much better then started going downhill once it peaked. Never was nearly as reliable as Tesla and honestly it is getting more and more frustrating considering that fact. Now that it’s getting colder out it is even more annoying.

Mine was working flawless on iOS 17 and iphone 15 pro... switched to iphone 16 pro w/ iOS 18.1 and it's a bit wonky. sometimes not unlocking until i stand at the door for a second. don't think it's the car, but need to play around with the phone...

This is my exact experience as well. i started keeping my fob with me instead of relying on phone as key.
