Quick update. I returned the R1S on May 19th and received the refund check on June 23rd.
Rivian doesn't appear to be doing anything with the returned vehicle. I can tell because 2 months later it's still linked to my phone and I can see how the car has been sitting in a parking lot in San Jose, not plugged in. At this rate, the battery will be dead by the end of the month.
