Yesterday I was cleaning the truck and pulled the passenger seat all the way forward and the seatback as far down as it would go. When I went to recline the seat back to its normal position, it wouldn’t move and doesn’t make a noise. Tried a soft reset with no luck. Was able to snag a mobile device appt next week luckily. Anybody have something similar or thoughts on what it might be? Just got the truck back Monday so this is pretty frustrating.

Mine has started doing the same thing, sometimes i can do a restart and get it working again.
i also went into the service menu and did a recalibration and it failed (recalibration is unable to move it either) when it works though, it is fine and a recalibration works..
weird..
i'm guessing your issue is resolved by now (since that was in january) what was the resolution?

Some wiring had become loose. I had to take it to the service center and they were able to fix it in less than a day. Mine was completely stuck.
