I was worried about how much my SoC would drop while on an 8-day cruise out of Seattle to Alaska and back. I was quite surprised that when I returned, it had only dropped 2%!!!
I parked in the cruise terminal's open lot with 84%. I didn't use any window shades for the windshield or roof. I went into GearGuard settings and turned everything off. I turned off Bluetooth at the top of the screen. I think I also turned off proximity locking. Then I went into camp settings, turned on camp courtesy, toggled Manage Energy to on, and selected Stay off. I walked away and locked the doors from the app. Then I force quit the app so it wouldn't be checking on the truck all the time.
I was expecting a 10-20% drain as I've seen others post about it. I figured the vampire drain would be from fans kicking in for thermal protection inside the cabin. I checked Electrafi and only 2 days did the cabin temp get to 115 degrees and the battery drain on those days was 0.4%. Came back a week later to 82% SoC.
Quite impressed with virtually no battery drain while sitting for a week at a time.
