I've had numerous callers state they hear a moderate echo when I am using my iphone via bluetooth in the Rivian. Anyone else have this issue? Solution?

Yes, someone told me this the other day. It was bad enough that I had to disconnect BT and just use the speakerphone.

I love my truck, but phone integration seems like it was done by someone who has never owned/used a cell phone.

I had this recently too (It had been working fine for 2 months straight). I thought it would go away the "next day" ,but no luck. So I did a reboot (left steering wheel button hold and hazard button hold for 30 seconds, do this while parked it takes a few minutes) and it fixed the issue.

Happened to me too after most recent OTA update, but a soft reset (holding both outside buttons down on steering wheel for several seconds) fixed it.

Seems like more and more, this electric truck is like the MS operating system, and cell phones...they need to be restarted periodically.

Update...echo returned next day after display resetr, did a hard truck reset and fixed so far.

Argh! Echo back again a day later. Time to contact Rivian for support. People on other end hate talking to me. All happened for me after update to 2022.23.05.

Phone eco was the first bug I experienced at delivery for my MY. While it ended up going away in a couple of days on its own it was annoying for those on the other end of the phone. I have it on my list of this to check at delivery for the Rivian.

UPDATE...called Rivian customer support...steps below have worked so far:
1. Hard reset (repeated in my case since I tried that already yesterday without success)
2. Delete current phones from Rivian interface
3. Unpair (or forget) phones from Bluetooth app on phone (Android in my case)
4. Repeat pairing of Android phones to Rivian

Support rep said Bluetooth software in the Rivian R1T is newer than the latest version on my Samsung Galaxy S22+ running the newest Android version. Said if above does not permanently fix the issue, Rivian might send an OTA software update to MY truck to fix it.

? ? that above has fixed mine!
