Plastic body panels?

Anyone know what the main body panels are made from (fenders, doors, hood, etc.)? I'm guessing steel, but some of them have the look of plastic. Maybe aluminum?

I hope that the front bumper is a solid aluminum bumper, built to withstand a deer strike. I also hope that the underbody protection will suffice as rock sliders do for most off road overlanding vehicles

You need a Mac truck to withstand a deer strike. I was in a dodge Ram with a glancing blow and still dented the chrome bumper. Poor deer was limping into the woods.

@HMBxplore they have done drop tests on the underbody plate and it can withstand the entire vehicle’s weight on 2 square inches without having any damage to the battery. I think they said it was a composite material skid plate.
