Positive service experience

I can set the memory position with the "remember" button, move the seat around, exit/lock the vehicle. Upon return, it will not move to the position associated with my profile.

I called support and tried soft reset as well as hard reset. No luck.

Infotainment recognizes my position; when I manually move the seat past my memory position the button blinks grayed-out.

The infotainment system appears to correctly set my seat memory, but the signal to move the seat appears to be interrupted.

Any update on this? After the last update, my Restore button is greyed out too. Immediately after updating, I noticed my seat in the wrong place. I'm really annoyed because now I wiggle like a worm every 5 minutes, when it used to be perfect!

Yes at the service center. I wasn't told anything about a DIY job and I went to go look at the work order and that's all it says, unfortunately.
