With the latest temptation from Rivian to provide Full Stealth PPF for free, I'm trying to decide on what colors it looks good on and if any of them will be left by the time I decide. Can anyone who's had the Xpel Stealth put on their R1T or R1S post their pictures to this thread?

If you are paying extra for one of the metallic paints (pretty much all of them except white). I wouldn't Stealth PPF. The film would take away the dynamic color range of the paint. Metallic paints have little metal flakes floating in the paint. Each one acting like mirrors and picking up color from surroundings. Same car can look very different in different situations/locations. Satin film will diffuse all that and be less dramatic. As long as you are aware and accept it... No harm in accepting free full PPF, ~$6k value.

One other thing to keep in mind, if you ever get dents and want to use PDR... it might not be an option if the back side of the dent is not accessible to the PDR tech and they must work to pull dent from the surface. Film would have to be removed and redone once repaired (more cost).

Metallic 100% shows through the stealth wrap. (I have forest green with stealth and had a midnight silver metallic Tesla before with stealth). It almost highlights the metallic in sunlight. I'll see if I can get a good picture of the metallic
