FYI I got a quote from goldwing auto Care in Ottawa and it was $1700 taxes in for full front hood, fenders mirrors and bumper.

So less expensive than rivian by about $500 and wrapped edges and warranty.

Do you have any experience working the Goldwing? Any personal reviews or recommendations about the quality of their work?

They need to get an R1T to scan for their mats. And hope someone can get them one. I’ve been hoping to get a set of their mats for r1T. Please let me know if you can help them get a scan of your vehicle

LinerX is ok for the price as it will be cheaper if this is important. However the tuxmats will have better fit and more coverage. Plus they will look better too. Have been happy with their products albeit not the cheapest option. They do take it a step further with better coverage.

I highly recommend Brooks and Top Geer wraps. Not the cheapest, but they do great work…and they’re located 5 mins from the Rivian SC.

I’ll be picking up the R1S in the next couple weeks and taking it straight there for front end PPF and tint. Happy to have the truck scanned at Tuxmats too if anyone has a direct contact.

FYI, reached out to Tuxmat and they let me know that they have the R1T/R1S already scanned and their order has been placed - they expect to have inventory for Rivians in 4-6 weeks.

That’s awesome! However moments ago all they had was the R1S and surprised they got an R1T already. They confirmed this? As their website is still showing only R1S. I’ll contact them and put in an order if it’s possible.

OK, sorry for the misinformation, clearly a disconnect on their end as they mentioned that they didn’t need either anymore. Having said that, they did say that they’re not taking orders right now and to get on their email distribution list so that they can inform us when the inventory comes in.

But if there is anyone… talked with them again. Not sure what communication breakdown. But they made it clear they want the R1T still. Just need to find someone who can bring their truck in for the scans. The mentioned below in their email…

“We had a couple of R1T owners contact us, but they were unable to make multiple trips to Toronto for the development process. Rivian's Canadian deliveries for the R1T were delayed several times and they're still fairly rare in southern Ontario. Our team is interested in producing mats for this vehicle if and when an R1T driver is able to make the time commitment and drive to our warehouse.”

Anyhow, if anyone is able, I’m sure the whole Rivian community would appreciate a great option for some mats I wish I was closer, but I’m no where near! I would really love these mats for my R1T. The chili which mats or whatever are not great other than looking neat. But not good for protection and coverage. And don’t want those 3d mats again, the tuxmat always has better fitment and coverage and looks.

Nice. Still trying to decide between the gloss and matte wraps, but tentatively going to get mine don on Jan 8.

I also managed to find some 20" wheels that should work for dedicated winters. There wasn't a lot of choice so i snapped them up. Going to have continental ice contact xtrm tires put on for winters.
