PTC doesn't retract all the way

2024 dual R1T. Power Tonneau cover only can retract 1/4 of the way and stop. It can go back to closed completely, but would never rertract all the way. Anything I can do?

Did you try the PTC reset procedure? Mine didn't retract or open, and doing the reset fixed it.. Might be worth a try? From my memory it's simply a quick three presses of the button, then hold it down for a few (10?) seconds. If you do it right the main display will inform you that the PTC was successfully reset. Good luck!!

Tried this. Didn't work. The display did pop up and ask about reset the ptc. I clicked yes but it said unsuccessful

Just want to give an update. After scheduled appointment with Rivian. Today , the screen popped up out of no where tell me to reset the PTC. After about 30 seconds , it fixed it. I opened it all the way and leave it there since I need to use the bed truck this week
