Quick update on the situation. Sounds like my guide found a similar build (LA Silver, LE, OC Interior) but the truck has 22" Bright wheels (not what I purchased or want). The guide is working with management to do an accommodation wheel swap for the error.
I will say as frustrating as this is the guide has been really communicative and it seems like Rivian is willing to solve the situation with no real impact to me other than time.
During my window of uncertainty with this I did look at the demos again but there was nothing local and you have to pick these up at the listed SC. I also was tempted to go used and found a really nice LE with 32k miles for $59k but thats half the warranty already gone and while the price is nice It wasnt my ideal build either. Felt like I would have been settling in the long run.
Im anxiously awaiting the final word from Rivian on this and when I can pick up my truck. Excited to dive into the EV world (my first EV) and start some adventures with this truck.
