R1S 2023 - Driver settings will NOT save

I am running the latest firmware 2023.30.0, and have performed a steering wheel calibration (a few times).

I drive with my phone, or the primary fob. When I get it it recognizes me and sets the wheel to an extremely low elevation.

Subsequently I open the steering wheel setting and roll it up to a higher level (for function and comfort).
I then press REMEMBER.

Next time I park/exit and get it reverts back to the super low elevation, forcing me to roll it back up each time I drive.

Minor but glaring annoyance.

Have not opened a ticket yet, any known solutions?

I was having this issue and re-calibrated my seat, which appeared to work.

It’s under: Settings>Vehicle>Service>Driver Position Recalibration

I have the same issue. Mobile tech came in, and said he can’t fix it and I have to take it to SC. I have an appointment for next month.

No, it’s not software for me. I got the R1S 2 months ago and I’ve had this since day 1. It was at least 2 software versions ago. Pretty sure it’s a hardware thing although it looks like the kind of thing they could’ve handled with software because manually adjusting the wheel works.
