I just had my tires rotated after a service call, they charged $135.00. Shelton Connecticut service centerI got new tires so thought it best to get alignment done. Rivian is quoting $350 which I think is high. What have others been paying for this ?
My entire life I have never heard or read of such rule. Have witnessed such lie being told by tire shop counter dweeb trying to upsell customers who don’t know any better. Properly mounted, tires do not alter alignment of wheels they are mounted to. Align/geometry of wheels and suspension—relative to vehicle chassis—is the same, because suspension geometry adjustments are not touched in any part of the tire swap process.I have just followed the rule that new tires should go with an alignment check to maximize the tire life.
