R1S lease residual values

Currently have a LE R1S and considering “upgrading” to a Gen 2 Dual Max.

It’s the family roadtripping vehicle and like the idea of having 400+ miles of range.

Strongly considering going the leasing route to take advantage of the 7.5k tax credit, but am very curious about the residual value after a 36 month lease.

I called Rivian and they said they would only give the residual after VIN is assigned. So I basically have to commit the 1k order fee before getting all the lease terms.

Curious to hear from others what their residual value is for a leased R1S.

Here’s a thread from someone in April of this year. I’m sure the residual varies based on various factors, like the new lease deals, trim, etc. but it might give you some idea.
