R1S - Motion Cam does not show in setup?

Has anyone had issues setting up their Motion/Gear Cam.. It shows on page 141 of owners manual how to access menu, but in car menu does not show the option. Any ideas?

Do you have a USB-C storage drive connected? Gear Guard should record to the system memory (without an attached drive), but drive cam requires the extra drive to store all that footage.
