R1S: No cloud connectivity

Randomly after ~week of taking delivery, the vehicle has no cloud connectivity.
Hotspot, Alex streaming work fine, however the car keeps displaying that I am off-the-grid.

My R1S has plethora of issues. Anyhow, anyone else experienced this ?
NOTE: infotainment and hard reset didnt help

Lost my connectivity after last update too. Service needed in person to fix, ug.

Telematics module or software issue sounds like. Sorry your truck is having issues. If it helps ease your mind, I will say that service is usually good about addressing all the issues and after you get all the initial stuff to fixed up, the trucks are usually pretty solid after that. A lot of these little issues I believe come from Rivian ramping up production.

check to make sure you are sharing your info under privacy settings. If you tell it not to share your info, you lose a lot of connectivity.
