I am currently in Almaty on a work trip and was going for a stroll, when I spotted a white R1S. Imagine my surprise when I saw it!

Imagine the hassle of trying to get it into a Service Center... LOL!

They didn't. The examples abroad and in private hands are private exports/imports by those with the means to skirt regulation or ignore potential inconveniences.
