R1S Window Deflectors

Best EV Mod used to have a set, but they're showing as currently unavailable. @BestEvMod(AOSK) are there any plans to bring these back in stock?

Unavailable everywhere, that's the problem. Nothing at WeatherTech, i went to the store to implore them to make them, vehicle has been out for long enough, but I get that its more difficult than simply laser measuring.

I was also hoping that Weathertech would make a set. The best I can tell is that Weathertech tends to find a way to build theirs so they 'tuck into' factory seams/weather stripping (from experience both my Subaru STi and my Volvo V60's Weathertech Rain Guards were designed this way--zero Tape required). As best I can tell, there's honestly no good way to do this on Rivian vehicles. Everything's super tight (intentionally) and there's no real clearance area to tuck into.

So, BestEV Mod's version is 100% double-stick tape.

I've had mine installed on my truck for well over a year now, and it's a decent compromise to get them applied. Hopefully they'll spin up production for some more soon (my wife recently got an R1S, so we will definitely need a pair ourselves).

I have a set of Weather Techs on my Tacoma and gotta’ say, they are just not that effective. Allows me to crack a window yet not let in any rain. Half to wide-open window, I saw now advantage in wind / rain flow into cabin. I have no plans to add them to my R1T

...that's...that's the exact and entire point. They were never meant to allow you to roll your window halfway. They're for venting

Yeah I wish I had done more homework on the rain..but I truly hoped they would be as a better WIND deflector.

100% agree its for venting. When you live in a climate where the temps get to 100 degs in the summer, cracking open the window to let some of that out helps a ton.

Can anybody take it upon themselves to find out if another vehicle has similar measurements as the Rivian windows?

i tried to find out but it’s becoming beyond my internet detective abilities.
