So I took my truck in for service about 2 months ago and when I went to pick it up about 8 days after I dropped it off, I noticed a dent in the rear fender. I notified the tech on site and they told me they would take care of it. Nothing has been done yet and I’ve been trying to keep regular contact. I just wanted to ask if anyone else has experiences something like this with the service centers.

I seem to recall a couple incidents similar to yours. Rivian will take care of it, despite their foot dragging. My guess is the delay is more due to either getting parts or just slow service at body shops if they are going that route. Unless you use PDR, any kind of auto body work seems to take months, not weeks these days.

Send an email to your guide. They will get on the Service Center for you. This helped me get my issue fixed.
