Another Positive Customer Service Experience in Tempe, AZ

I have taken my G2 R1S into the Tempe, AZ Service Center 3-4 times and each time, they are super friendly, quick, understanding and no attempts to sell me %@&!$ unnecessary services. My warranty issues have been mostly small issues (squeaky door panel, wireless charger, slow coolant leak, etc.). I hope the trend continues and matches most of y'alls experiences.

Note, the new wireless charger pad was not available.

Seconding this. I’ve had really good experiences in Tempe. I’ve had some larger warranty issues pop up lately, and they’ve been really good at diagnosing them and getting repairs done relatively quickly. Good group of people over there, and they’re really fun to chat with.

I'm guessing the phone charger isn't something that the service centers just have on-hand & that it would need to be shipped to them after being ordered. I'm guessing that eventually it will make it's way to the gear store (which I believe the gen2 version was available as well).
