radio wont turn on

Good morning

After update, my radio was off. When I click the power button on the screen, it just thinks for a while and gives me the red triangle error saying it could not connect. Has anyone else had this problem? In essence, it does not want to power on the radio feature.

Have you tried an infotainment reset? (hold the leftmost and rightmost buttons on the steering wheel until the screens reset)

the infotainment reset, the hard reset with the hazzard light and scroll wheel, and putting it to sleep. I have a service request currently.

This happened to me once and after parking the truck for 3 hours it magically worked again. The infotainment reset did nothing.

I presently have this issue as well. AM / FM Radio "cannot connect" and default to off. I too have done the reset's, and have an open ticket to be seen on 2/21 with my pedal recall. I'm also noticing that my Spotify likes to give me a blank screen and wont update or display shows unless I go out of Spotify, and into another function, then back again. Which also isn't always successful

Curious is it only the "radio"? Meaning, do other services (Spotify, Alexa, etc.) work okay?
