Anyone know how to fix or turn off the random chevrons that appear and cause the cruise control to slow down? Sometimes the chevrons appear for half a second then go away. It's super irritating when the car abruptly slows down for half a second for no reason then speeds up. There's a flat straight spot on I5 that does it for about 2 seconds then speeds up again.

I only have this happen on curves so it sounds like bad data in the Rivian road database. I suggest sending a report to Rivian as I don't think you can turn of that feature other than to accelerate manually and hold the speed you want.

It's called Curve Speed Assist (CSA) and it cannot be turned off. And it is intentional.

Aimet mentioned it's happening on a straight section of road so it shouldn't be coming on at all. Probably bad data which is why I suggested reporting it.
