2022 R1T Launch Edition. Had a bad "creak" in the rear passenger suspension when adjusting height or going over (slight) bumps. Sounded horrible in parking lots.

I wish they gave a little more information, but it sounds like some incorrect torque caused damage to the lower longitudinal link? (Given the Part, it sounds like they replaced it.. the service advisor seemed to indicate they just "re-torqued a bolt")

Cause:
- Incorrect torque at longitudinal link.

Correction:
- Link, Longitudinal, Rear, Lower, RH (Remove and Replace)
- Noise Vibration and Harshness General Diagnostic
- Test Drive, 30 Minutes

Parts:
- ASSY - LWR LONGITUDINAL LINK; RRPart# PT00001913-H

I really wish we could get service manuals for our vehicles. I could have torqued bolts myself months ago when the issue first started happening if I knew the specs

Service found a torn half-shaft boot as well, and replaced my front half-shaft.

I love my R1T, but at 40k miles I really have had a bunch of issues on my Launch Edition at this point. Going out of warranty scares me on this Truck without a service manual
?

Service had my R1T for around 2.5 weeks.

Don't think you'll ever see a Rivian published Service Manual, heck they don't even admit to the existence of fuses in the current Owners Manual. They want the vehicle, end-to-end 100% completely locked down so only Rivian and their hand picked body shops can service them.

Same exact part being replaced on my truck right now. Started having a creaking noise rear left over small bumps and suspension loading/unloading. They had to order the part. It did sound like a dry bushing to me so not surprised it would be an improper torque issue.

I was also having an axle clunk up front so sounds like we have/had similar problems!

I want to love the truck but the amount of noises and issues with the suspension and axles is a bit offputting. New 4runner Pro starting to look pretty good... but I have a Scout Traveler ordered as well, just in time for my warranty to expire.
