Remote hvac turns off

I’ve been using my phone to turn on the ac today. The ac turns off automatically after about 10 minutes. Is there a way to remotely turn on the hvac and keep it on?

The automatic timer is supposed to be for 30 minutes. If it's less than that you could try doing a vehicle reset. If not you may need to contact service
