TLDR - got fixed quickly, good service.
2025 R1S Dual Max with ~8,000 miles.
Jan 16 - noticed while driving that the A/C wasn't producing heat. On next drive, heat worked fine.
Jan 17 - no heat, and got error "Thermal system fault detected". Made a service request in the app, but soonest appt was Feb 2nd. I messaged that waiting that long without heat would be a problem. They called the service center the next day, and said I could drop off the car and get a loaner on Jan 22nd.
Jan 22 - after a few days of no heat (no fun), I dropped off the truck when the service center opened at 8am, got a loaner, and was out by 820am.
Jan 23rd - problem was diagnosed as a AC compressor mechanical failure. Same day, repair was completed and I was able to pick up after hours.
While there were some issues with the loaner (had been remotely restricted to max of 50 mph), other than that, very pleased.
