RIS Charging sound

We have had our R1T for a year now and when charging at home it never makes any sound,. My wife got her RIS back in November (dual motor, max pack, performance) and it has made loud sounds since day 1.

We took it in for service in December to fix that issue with a few other minor things, (took them 2 weeks)

Once we got it home and charged again,.. sound is still there if not worse (listen in video)

They now have had my wife’s R1S for 2 more weeks trying to fix it. Meanwhile the new loaner R1S makes similar noises.. (not as loud) but still sounds.

is this something everyone else hears on R1S? I Tried posting the whole video but file was too big.

Uh, I have an R1T and two R1S's (all quads). I have never heard such sounds from any of my vehicles. That is weird.

That sounds very odd and unnatural - I've not heard anything like this in my 8 months of ownership.
