Rivian Customer Service Responsiveness?

Hey guys, sorry in advance if this has been discussed elsewhere.

Has rivian been responding to everyone in a timely
Manner?
The website cites a typical response time of 24-48 hrs. I sent an email about a week ago with no response yet.

Just wondering what everyone else’s experience has been.

Emails seem to be low priority. Just call them or chat in my experience.

+1 for chat vs. emails, although I've had some emails responded to up to a week after sending.

I have sent email that got answered next day, but that was a while ago.

I sent them a photo from Yellowstone recently and heard nothing for a week. They apologized and said they are behind as they are working hard on the update to the site for delivery update timing…

chat and phone reps give consistent "soon" answers to all questions. email gets me crickets.

Chat is useless. They’ll connect but never give any useful info. Calling seems to be a little better (but still not much useful info).

Usually the emails (and chats) have a purpose. I think the Yellowstone email was just for fun. A “look I could be taking photos of a R1T in Yellowstone instead of this bottle.”

Yeah, I have tried email to see what the expected delivery date might be for an R1T w/MaxPack and OC interior might be, but no response. From the above answers it sounds like neither chat nor calls will be very productive. Sigh, guess I’ll have to put my curiosity on the back burner for a year…..
