Heard on "Rivian Automotive Fans FB" page that a couple more people were contacted by Guides yesterday. One in Austin, TX (config. unknown at present) and another from Issaquah, WA Nov 28 2018 R1T LE Black on Black.

So far I haven't heard anyone say the "contact" was more than a "hello". Until they actually start finalizing configurations, processing financing/payments, and scheduling delivery dates, it doesn't mean much.

I had spoken with a CS supervisor last week (they called me because I wasnt happy with the standard answers given by the chat agents) and unfortunately order date/number seems to be one of the lesser used parameters to determine the call order. After that conversation I definitely would not draw a correlation between order # and when a Guide reaches out

Begs the question of whether the "squeaky wheel" got the grease, or your number just came up organically.

PS. Not a shot at you at all, I find the CS responses infuriating most of the time. Genuinely curious about the catalyst for your guide contact.

I really enjoy these random responses to the one person on the thread I've blocked. I get no context at all, but can guess damn near exactly what it's about.

P.S. highly encourage using the button for people that end up using up your emotional energy to be trolls. I hadn't done it before. It's great.
