Was in Bellevue SC for battery recall and talked to them about Eastern WA support. They did hire a full time mobile tech for all of Eastern WA, Northern ID, and Northwest MT. They started today with about a week of training in Bellevue before work starts on the 200+ mobile tickets queued up for them.
