Rivian Kammok awning question

So I wanted to report back, in the end I ended up buying the side mount kit, but decided not to modify it. The original mounts that come with the awning work just fine. Kammok was easy to work with.
I will say I ended up buying some Clevis pins that work great. The awning can be taken off in about a minute with no tools, which is important to me since you can’t run the awning through a car wash.

Were you able to make these in 304 stainless?
Another idea might be to have them 3D printed to test-fit clearances.
It would be so nice to get the awning down in-line with the top of the crossbars.

Not yet, held off on the awning for now. Still want to do it though. Maybe someone would want to pay material cost and shipping and I’ll make an extra set for testing. Or if someone wants to print a tester I can send the file over.

interested in this setup for camping. Do you all think an RTT could fit beside it well enough? I have the cinch air cruiser, specifically, with plans to put RTT and kammok over the bed of the R1T, rather than our R1S.

easy enough, I have the iKamper skycamp 3, just have to offset a little, the Rivian bars are plenty wide for this.
