Oh no - that sucks. I wonder if Customer Service can help you find its owner. Or the SC or Yaletown office if you’re ever near either of them…

And if all else fails maybe they can re-program it to yours!

Called customer service, they're tracking the serial # on the fob. See if that works!

while i rarely take mine out of my jacket pocket, i notice it pops open a lot and falls off with some regularity. there should be a snap over clip on the carabiner so that it doesnt randomly open. Is that a customer service repair call?
