The OEM wiper blades may be just fine for summer time and warmer states but for real winter time they are absolutely useless. Even after a long cabin heating they barely touch the surface of the windshield… I replaced them with TRICO ICE blades and now I can drive my truck without taking my head out of the window.

The OEM Rivian Wipers are made by Mitsuba and you can replace just the rubber inserts. They are 10mm wide. I got these, the passenger side is an inch longer but still works fine. They come deformed from shipping and had to soak them in hot water to get them straight. Overall way cheaper than replacing the entire wiper blade.

Installed mine today, they seem to be as good as the original inserts from the factory! Happy with them so far, we are supposed to get 5" rain next week so right on time!

Are you still happy with these wiper inserts?

Rain-x Latitude Water Repellency seems to be the new hot blades, but at least they don't show fitment. Has anyone tried these?

Maybe it’s here already, but I just could not go through five pages of this post. I have always just replaced my blades with inserts, not the whole blade. I hope that that will be an option with Rivian . It’s easy, and is far more eco-friendly and that is the whole point….
