Why did they give you the 20AT wheels and PPF? Just forget to charge or something happen?

My original order was without those 2 but was scheduled to arrive on 1/1/24 and that car was available for pickup on 12/31 so I guess they wanted to make another sale for the year of 23. End of year rush.

Did anyone get the wall unit and up to $2k reimbursement for the install on their lease?

I am being told leases did not qualify and nothing in the paperwork said that was the case. I got an email for the hardware as soon as I confirmed my order. Supposedly on the hardware's description in the shop it said it did not qualify but the website header and link from there said nothing of the sort. Kind of miffed.

I thought we would get it as I got a UPS shipping notification but it got recalled. The lease does not qualify for the charger as you are not the purchaser, the lease company is.

I would love for that to be explained to me or laid out. I get the purchaser is the bank, but not in love that it was one more thing to push me to get the truck.
I got access to the shop to purchase the R1S I have been waiting to order, then the R1S could be leased. (Not even mentioning the CyberTruck order email came days after I confirmed the R1T, glad I passed on that lol)
Just pissed it was not explained more clearly; I would not have leased before the end of the year if that was the case.

I was excited to see the option to add another charger to the house but once I read the detail, clearly states purchase in description, I knew no chance of getting it on lease. Then they shipped it and it was actually in route but got recalled by Rivian. LOL

Well yeah maybe it was wishful thinking and I’m just wrong. I asked a person on the phone when discussing lease terms and he said he didn’t know why it wouldn’t be applicable.
I have no proof since it was a vocal conversation and I don’t want to throw this person under the bus but yeah I feel shorted a bit still. :/

I had the same issue with my R1T lease. Placed my order, got a confirmation email about the charger and $2k install credit. Then it was recalled. I made a stink about it to my guide. He eventually just sent me some free all weather mats and a sweatshirt to get me to go away. Not an even trade, but I figured the other attractive lease incentives and the fact that I was essentially getting the $7500 tax credit still made the whole thing a good deal.

I was looking at Leasing, does anyone know what the payoff will be after 3 years, if you buy a ~~$90,000 R1S before the $7500 deduction?
