I wouldn't suggest bothering anyone on twitter for this specific one off situation. There is a bit more to the story uncovered in later post and most likely Rivian is doing everything correctly. TLDR: OP left out he has canceled, changed his mind, and tried to get back inline on other occasions over the past couple years. And the issue with getting emails was put into question based on other posts. Anyway, not a normal situation.
