I just can’t say enough good things about Rivian.
Because of all of my off-road bullshit that I have done with my truck (fun), the suspension has been a little funky lately to say the least. this is totally normal for people that seriously off-road and test the limits of their vehicles. It happens with raptors, it happens with jeeps, it’s par for the course if you take your vehicle to places it shouldn’t go.
I noticed some speed wobbles on my truck at high speeds over the past week, I called Rivian and they got me in as soon as possible, this Thursday, 6/6/24.
Today, Tuesday, 6/4/24, I got in my truck and it flashed a suspension warning to me and said to get service soon. Before I could even call Rivian, they called me to remind me about my upcoming ticket. I explained what had just happened and they said to just stop by tonight. Thankfully I live about five minutes away from the service center, and they gave me a loaner from their internal fleet for the foreseeable future until my trucks suspension gets fixed!
I told them I have been wanting to drive an R1S, because I might make the switch to an SUV again here soon with the refresh coming out. They hooked me up and got me into pretty much exactly what I would’ve ordered, I’m having too much fun driving it around. The R1S drives differently than the truck does based on the shorter wheelbase.
Love this company and love these vehicles. After having (11) different vehicles over the past decade (LOL) I can truly say this is my favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned.
Also side note, I’ve heard some rumors about the refresh. The one that caught my mind was “electrochromatic roof glass training”, I’ll leave it at that. ?
