Since technically the store isn't open yet and don't have inventory, I don't see why the charger couldn't be used by the public. I'm assuming they put it there for the vehicle they will use for test driving to charge.*s00n*. One of my friends works for a company on the project. She's like "Sssh, don't tell anyone but here's the blueprints." Of course, I'd already seen them on Reddit a few days earlier.
Also, there's RAN chargers online in one of the the parking garages. One of my offices is across the street from Tysons, I just drove by yesterday to check them out. They're in a much better location than the old EA chargers in the other garage, which I was too scared to try to pull into (loads of traffic and pedestrians going by, the one time I checked those out). The RAN chargers are by the Nordstrom, behind where the buses stop, second floor.
Now to have a few words with the person driving the matte-wrapped Rivian that was backed into a charger, blocking it and not charging. Unless that's an employee. There was also a non-Rivian there charging so I guess they're open to everyone?
