Rivian slow online lease process

I placed my order for an In Shop R1S first week in November. Two weeks later I recieved the invite to start the purchase task (my R1S was still at the factory). I upload everything I could and when I got to lease financing, it said our team is calculating local taxes and fees check back in 1-2 days. Two weeks later it says the same thing. My delivery date is December 18. When I checked with sales rep he said be patient. It seems like calculating the taxes and fees should be easy. Anyone else experiencing this delay in completing the purchase/lease task?

When I ordered my R1S off the shop it took like 30 seconds to calculate my lease numbers.

Must be an anomaly because my leasing process (last month) was extremely quick.

Maybe it was different for me because I took delivery of an in-stock vehicle. I put deposit in on Tuesday, got a call 15 minutes later to come pick up, got the lease info on Wednesday, picked up on Friday. I actually had them change the terms (mileage) on Thursday. Picked up on Friday. Do you have a ranger? Mine was very pretty helpful and responsive with this stuff.

I just signed an order for an R1s that was in stock and was going to trade in a 7 year old Toyota hybrid but ended up selling it to CarMax for $5k more than Rivian’s offer. Each step of the process was easy and fast with great communication from Rivian and Chase, including the change on the trade-in. The car was ready for pickup in 10 days and the whole automated process through the Rivian app was impressive.

I had a lease AND a financing offer ready to sign in an hour. First, I went through the lease, didn't like the MF, and had to contact Rivian to reset it. They then did, I filled out the financing and was approved with an offer within that previously mentioned hour timeframe. I'm not sure what's up with your case, but mine was very quick.
