I reached out to Rivian Insurance earlier today. And this is the response I just got. Hope it could be of help to anyone experiencing similar calls now or in the future.

Interesting. USAA sent me a notice in the mail c/o Verisk asking about annual mileage and odometer reading on my Corvette. My assumption is that they didn't believe the low miles I was claiming since they showed a laughable estimate of 12k miles per year. The past couple years it's been more like 4k miles.
