Scam Rivian Satisfaction Survey

Want to make sure Forum users are alerted to the fact that someone is out there trying to do a Non-Rivian supported Rivian Satisfaction Survey. They even state that they knew i'd been contacted recently by Rivian and had not responded, so that's a bit scary. I sent the link to Customer Service and my guide who responded that this is a scammer (probably some reporter looking for a scoop) and it was not an official Rivian survey. Just want to make sure others are aware.
Even offering cash prizes, and even better, a charitable contribution. Hate these guys!

That's a pretty easy guess for someone to make... All they need is an email address and that statement would apply to a lot of folks.

I wonder if they figured out who you are and that you have a Rivian by following you on social media or here? If it didn’t come from Rivian how else would they would know to send that to you.

This doesn’t look like a scam to me. Why do you think it’s one?

It just looks like a market research company that is surveying rivian owners either on rivian’s behalf or for another 3rd party. It links to a qualtrics survey which is a legit survey data collection platform. Scammers aren’t paying for qualtrics.

Rivian’s customer service team had no idea what the market research team is or isn’t doing, much less what 3rd party companies are doing in the space.

Also about 2 minutes of googling would have told you this is a legit survey company that works with a lot of auto makers.
