Just posting this video from YouTube, we've been developing screen protectors for Tesla since 2013, but the good news for Rivian owners is you get to jump straight to our 4th generation version!
Honest sales-pitch: Nearly all screen protectors are made from a version of soda-lime glass (commonly known as just 'glass'!), which involves shaving and polishing the glass down until it's to the correct thickness. It's a tried and tested process, but the end result is inherently weak. We use aluminosilicate glass, which is commonly used on cellphones, under a variety of trade names, but it's 'born thin', so it structurally much stronger. Add to that the silver-ion coating, which kills 99.99% of germs on contact (here's the proof), an oleophobic layer to help minimize fingerprints, and the free replacement if it's every damaged, we think we have a pretty good package.
Everyone asks whether they should get the matte or clear, the video below does a nice side-by-side demo; if it helps, about 70% of sales are for the matte version, but if you have 20/20 video, and enjoy the typically glossy Mac type of screen, then you might prefer the HD Clear version.
