Seat position restore not working: user error or system fault?

I have a 2023 R1S that I purchased in May of this year. One little annoyance is that I haven't been able to get the Driver Profile settings for the mirrors and seat to work: I adjusted the mirrors, steering wheel position and seat position, and then clicked Remember. If I move the seat, I get the popup window for the driver profile with the Remember and Restore buttons. When I click Restore, I get a message saying I can push any button to stop seat movement, but nothing else happens. I expect the seat to go back to where it was one I hit Remember. Am I missing something? I've tried the Remember cycle several times, but it still doesn't work.

It probably just need recalibration. You can do that yourself - search the forums here. If that doesn't work, then you can call service.

Ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue. I feel like it's a bug from the latest update - never had the problem before.
