Service Parking Brake immediately warning

Hello

I am in Canada and have been driving through lots of deep snow combined with not having a heated garage. About 10 ft from my driveway I got warnings popping up with service parking brake and hold malfunction warning telling me regeneration is not available slow down using brakes.

Parked in garage and the vehicle would not permit me to put it into drive or reverse.

After calling Rivian and scheduling a tow I melted my wheel wells out to discover the passenger side brake calliper had an electronic connector disconnected.

Reconnecting got the system up and running. I cancelled the tow with Rivian.

I had this same issue today - Rivian was ready to tow the truck 250 miles under warranty, but I melted the snow out with some hot water and found a brake caliper sensor loose. it clicked back into place and immediately the caliper squeezed shut.

Thanks for the assist! Saved me 750 miles on our vehicles and time without the truck - plus a $2300 tow.
