Set navigation audio to a fixed off?

Is there a way to set navigation audio to a fixed off?

I know I can use the slider to set to zero, but it seems I am always "accidentally" moving it up when I really just intend to raise music volume, but it must be in the moment navigation is "saying" something at my zero volume. So instead of music increase....I get navigation increase.

I would like to just set it a off.

Tap the speaker icon on the left of the screen when a route is active (also accessible in nav settings).
