Show me your Midnight Darkout Package!

Took delivery of a 2024 R1S Midnight with 20" AT Dark wheels. Initially I thought I'd get stealth PPF for the car but in these past few days I've grown to love the Midnight paint. Focus has more shifted to front clear PPF and maybe a ceramic coating. Still thinking about a chrome delete to match the darkout package (rear + front bumper/trim/badges) but I'm starting to think the chrome helps break up the all black. I've noticed the darkout package looks really great on lighter color paints.

So I'm curious to see others who have different variations of Midnight cars! (outside of Midnight + bright)

Side question, is the darkout package more gunmetal on all the usual chrome pieces? Part of me doesn't like a wrap b/c it'll never be as nice as a dark "metal" finish

It's more of a dark gunmetal. It will look a bit different than your midnight gloss black but in a good way. I went with darkout package on both RIS Limestone and R1T Storm Blue so can't give you exact comparison w/midnight

Midnight on the dark 20s already looks sharp. I've got an R1S myself — did mine in color PPF (Matte Magic Flame Dark Blue) with a chrome delete; here's how it came out: . The chrome delete is what really finishes the darkout, whichever way you go on the paint — it blacks out the window surrounds and trim, and it's a DIY job on the R1S for about $120: https://twraps.com/products/chrome-delete-for-rivian-r1s. Front clear PPF is a smart move too while it's brand new, since the hood and front end take the chips first.
