Sirius no longer working

Hi all. For the last week or so, Sirius has stopped working in my Gen 2 R1T. It says I‘m not subscribed but I am. I called Sirius to verify that my subscription was in order and they confirmed that it is. Initially, a soft rebooot fixed it but now it doesn’t. Has anyone got this issue and found a fix?

Log out of it and back in.

I had this same issue. I called in and somehow they talked me into a new subscription but the car thinks I'm on a trial plan or something. The screen I got wouldn't even let me log in or out - it jus said to call Rivian.

It’s widespread since about the 11th. Sirius and Rivian working on it.

I ended up cancelling my subscription....heads up it will take being transferred to 3 agents before you can cancel...painful process and they make it that way because they want you to stay. I have a streaming subscription from our other vehicle and will use that for the rivian with my phone.

2025 R1S owner here. I just upgraded to 2025.26.30 two days ago. Absolutely no problems with Sirius either before or after the upgrade.

I have had random errors validating the account, but it seems to correct itself eventually. It has been about a week since I last saw the issue.

I cannot get to log in or out. I just get a message to call Sirius. As mentioned above, there was nothing wrong with my account. So, can’t log out or in, forced to call where they say all is fine. And of course, it being Sirius, they want to sell you another subscription for a radio you don’t even have, despite not fixing the issue you called for in the first place. Man these Sirius reps are relentless.
