Slow speed full turn axle hop

My R1S has been exhibiting weird behavior recently. With the wheel fully cut, the passenger rear wheel is hopping. For car people it feels like a car with a locked differential. At first I thought it was just catching on a difference in my concrete pad as I pulled from the garage, however I tested it in a parking lot today. Happens forward and reverse. I am getting the update as we speak and hoping it may be software related however I am anxious its a motor

Known issue? Late 22 launch edition with 13k miles.

I think this might be fixed in newest release.

I have almost the same exact vehicle over the same exact problem. I think maybe it is better with the update, the best place to really test it out is in a parking garage when you have to make all those turns, and the pavement is probably painted and somewhat slippery.
