Small Regen loss? New UI appearance.

Recently (prior to rev 50) this appeared permanently on my power gauge. I can't find an exact example of this in the manual. It appears to be a small regen limitation. What can cause this?

Cold battery.

Cold battery. When I was doing a lot of DC charging on a recent road trip this went away when the battery was warmed over 65F or so, IIRC. By the 70F realm it was gone and had noticeably more regen. This is why they added the regen assist that mixes in friction brakes...that I have no desire to use.
