Got texts for both our R1's regarding the 12V issue. They booked me for Monday morning for one of them. Then the other R1 is the next Monday. I asked for mobile appt especially seeing we have two Rivians and I'd rather they just come to me and knock them both out, but I had no luck with that request.

Hoping for a positive experience there Monday. Will report back.

I'm booked for service in Bothell for the AC drain plugging issue in mid Sept. I see several of us posting here have appointments before I do. I'm curious to know how it went for y'all. I'll look forward to your comments and any helpful hints you may have. I'll be coming from B'ham area. Thanks!

Had our second R1 12V TSB done today. Went a bit faster today. About 90 mins.

The spaces "showroom" isn't open Mon & Tues. But it's open to wait in. I was the only one in there again today. Nice and quiet.

Nice to see the convenient AC power outlets. In the Gaithersburg SC they removed the only outlets that were accessible to anywhere at the table and flipped them to the other side of the wall (inside the service area). So all there is is a white blank plate where the outlets used to be. Not sure why they couldn't have gotten a better electrician to do something different.

This is annoying, not only to customers (who have nowhere to plug in laptops, phone charger, etc.) but also to the employees who sit at that table to interface with customers. They have nowhere to plug in their Rivian work equipment (laptops, phones, etc.)

This Bothell space could use some window shades though. All glass and east facing. Last week when I was there I had to keep moving to stay in the shadow of the pillar. Otherwise it was like being in an oven in there.
