Got texts for both our R1's regarding the 12V issue. They booked me for Monday morning for one of them. Then the other R1 is the next Monday. I asked for mobile appt especially seeing we have two Rivians and I'd rather they just come to me and knock them both out, but I had no luck with that request.
Hoping for a positive experience there Monday. Will report back.
