Spotify Streaming Quality not adjustable

Anyone else unable to change the Spotify streaming quality? I am in the menu and I see 2 options, one for the streaming quality and the other is third party licensing. The streaming quality setting isn’t “clickable”. Am I missing something? Anyone else experience this? I can access the third party license but touching steaming quality does nothing.

same here. however i can change the Audio Streaming Quality on my desktop and phone and since everything is sync-ed, i hope that setting is applied to the truck too

Used to be able to change it. I wonder if the last OTA broke it?

You're in PARK, right? Can't adjust settings in DRIVE.

I checked this last week when I got the truck back from service. It is still adjustable for me on 2022.47.0, so at least it isn't a universal problem.

Figured it out, did a soft reset but it could have been user error the whole time. The setting is on the far right side of the screen and if you have anything playing the right “currently playing” window covers up the setting. I needed to swipe that to the right shuck uncovered the drop down.

I just had this same problem - forums for the win again! Rivian should probably adjust the portion of the screen that apps consider “usable” so the floating controls don’t cover information like that

i was incorrect and didnt look closely. to change the streaming quality on spotify in the R1T you have to click the link all the way on the right side of the display which will lead to new menu. the default was auto but it can be changed to other values.

it might be that the link all the way on the right side was added in one of the newer OTA because i think i would have seen it before.

it also does not follow other user interface design choices where one taps the item one wants to go to a sub-menu for instead of looking for another link to tap.

I was just having this issue and didn't realize that the "Currently Playing" was blocking the setting! Thanks for posting this!!
