HI all. Waiting on my R1S delivery with standard battery pack. I live in Chicago, so I don't need a lot of range. Plus, I was able to get just a hair under the $80k limit for tax incentives.
Just looking to engage with the community here.
Curious if anyone else is in the same boat and if there are any thoughts about the dual motor + standard battery config. Seems like there's a chance the new motor may help a little bit in estimated range. Not looking for 50 extra miles, but seems the new motor is more efficient. Any thoughts on delivery window? Right now, mine shows 12-18 months out.
Anyone else waiting for a standard battery and have any thoughts? I'm looking forward to going electric!
